Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the Lakeland Sinfonia CIO (trading as Lakeland Sinfonia Concert Society) will be held on Thursday, 7th September 2023 at 7:00pm (arrival from 6:45pm) to 8:30pm.

The meeting will take place in The Garden Room of the Business Centre at The Castle Green Hotel, Castle Green Lane, Kendal, Cumbria LA9 6RG.

All interested parties are welcome to attend, but only Members, Friends and Patrons of the Society will be entitled to vote on any resolutions presented.

Following the formal part of the meeting, there will be an open discussion, at which all present are welcome to provide feedback and contribute ideas for the future development of the Society.

You can purchase or renew your Membership, Friend or Patron status in time for this meeting here. Donation of the modest Membership fee of £10 will enable you to vote at the AGM, book concert tickets during the Members-only priority booking period ending 31st August, and enjoy optional discounts on ticket purchases, and other social benefits.
