Volunteer

Running a charitable Concert Society such as Lakeland Sinfonia relies heavily on volunteers. Whether you are interested in joining as a Trustee or simply helping to distribute publicity around your home area, we are keen to hear from you and very much value your support.

We have several volunteers who help with distributing publicity, approaching local businesses about displaying small posters or putting these on to local event noticeboards. Please contact the Secretary using our Contact form and she can advise on the current coverage of your area and the opportunities to do more.

A team of volunteers helps on concert nights and we couldn’t run our concerts without their support.

• We are often looking for people to help run the pop-up Box Office pre-concert.
• We have a growing team of Youth Ambassadors who help front of house and also feed their comments, perspectives and ideas through to the Trustees.
• We always need volunteers to help in the auditorium, ensuring that every one of our audience members finds their seat safely and in plenty of time.
